‘Friday the 13th’ Icon Jason Voorhees Officially Joins ‘Dead by Daylight’ This June

Behaviour Interactive has officially confirmed that Jason Voorhees will join Dead by Daylight on June 16 as part of the game’s 10th anniversary celebration. The announcement was revealed during the anniversary livestream after years of fan speculation surrounding the Friday the 13th icon finally entering the game.

The mask is on. The machete is dripping. The massacre has begun, teased the announcement video.

Trapped forever in a realm of eldritch evil where even death is not an escape, four determined Survivors face a bloodthirsty Killer in a vicious game of nerve and wits. Pick a side and step into a world of tension and terror with horror gaming’s best asymmetrical multiplayer.      

    Released in 2016, Dead by Daylight built its identity around bringing together original killers and licensed horror legends from film, television, and gaming into one multiplayer survival horror experience. Over the years, the roster has evolve into a crossover platform featuring many of horror’s most recognizable characters.
