Point-And-Click Horror Adventure Game ‘DO NOT PLAY’ Announced for 2026 [Trailer]

Publisher/developer SCRAP has more adventure horror gaming on the way next year with their psychological horror title, DO NOT PLAY. Co-developed by 213℉ for release on Steam, DO NOT PLAY aims to recreate the atmosphere of early 2000s flash games, minus any jump scares (so far).

The story has DO NOT PLAY being the restoration of “Geemu”, a browser game that existed on the internet in the 2000s that was rumoured to have been shut down and scrubbed from the net. However, the code for “Geemu” has now been discovered and restored. Your goal is to uncover the truth hidden behind that rumour, in spite of the disclaimer that the developers take no responsibility for any phenomena that may occur while playing the game.

DO NOT PLAY gameplay has you completing various browser games, such as finding the differences between two pictures, trying to hit a moving target, dragging and dropping items to the correct place, and so on. As the warning suggests, things start to get weirder and more corrupted as you play.
