David Bruckner’s New Horror Movie ‘The Night House’ Coming to Theaters This Summer

Disney’s Searchlight acquired The Night House (our review) out of Sundance last year, and today they’ve provided director David Bruckner‘s new horror movie with a release date.

Searchlight will release The Night House in theaters on July 16, 2021.

“The film follows a widow (Rebecca Hall) who begins to uncover her recently deceased husband’s disturbing secrets.”

Sarah Goldberg, Evan Jonigkeit, Stacy Martin and Vondie Curtis Hall also star.

Ben Collins & Luke Piotrowski (Super Dark Times) wrote the script.

Previously, David Bruckner has directed The Signal, the “Amateur Night” segment in our V/H/S, the segment “The Accident” in our Southbound, and monster movie The Ritual.
