‘Destroy All Humans!’ Invades PC and Consoles This Summer

Big game news may have been getting increasingly sparse with everything going on (well, apart from a certain massive leak anyway), but the season for reveals and release dates is upon us, and we now have confirmation of a particular release date we’d been waiting for.

The release of Black Forest Games’ remake of comedy sci-fi adventure Destroy All Humans! will be looming over the summer like a UFO over the White House, as it attacks PS4, Xbox One, and PC on July 28.

The remake of the cult PS2 hit sees an alien named Crypto-137 bring a mischievous reign of terror to Earth in the 1950s with his psychic abilities and death-dealing instruments of destruction. Crypto can read the minds of the populace, learning their shameful secrets, use mind-control to make them do things for you, drop cows on farmers, obliterate cities with a death ray, and perhaps most importantly, batter someone to death with their own hat.

If a regular copy of the game isn’t enough to whet your appetite, then the $399.99 Crypto-137 Edition might do it. This special collector’s edition includes a Crypto-137 figurine, a Crypto backpack, keychain, six lithographs, an anti-stress toy, and all in-game Crypto skins. That’s all contained within a premium box too. You can pre-order that now, as well as the less costly DNA Edition which retails at $149.99

We’ll be looking to the skies until July arrives.
