We’re still waiting on the (very) long-in-development Dead Island 2, but for fans and those curious, DSOGaming has brought to attention an interesting find: A leaked 2015 build of the game, complete with screenshots.
Admittedly, the screenshots do show a game that looks a bit dated (though obviously they don’t represent the game’s final quality), but at least it shows that the game has been in the works for some time. Even if that time has been spent hopping between developers.
Koch Media’s CEO Klemens Kundratitz has stated that the game is very much in the publisher’s plans, though when we’ll be seeing it is anyone’s guess.
Dead Island 2 is still being developed for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
