After teasing his imminent arrival with a less-than-cryptic series of emojis, it’s now been officially revealed that Marvel’s ice-cold vampire hunter, Blade, is in Fortnite.
As expected, he’s in there as a purchasable character skin to coincide with Fortnite’s current Marvel-flavored Nexus Wars season, but he has a whole character set to go with it, including a sleek glider, and an emote that recreates his spin kick and pose from the finale of the first Wesley Snipes-starring film.
In a season that already gave us skins for Doctor Doom and Wolverine, having the Daywalker join the party means you could create a pretty badass comic book squad. Maybe Epic and Marvel could throw in Ghost Rider and The Punisher before the season ends to make it complete.
The Blade pack is available for 2,300 in-game vBucks.
