Alastair Orr’s thriller Triggered explodes onto digital and VOD platforms November 6th and Bloody Disgusting has the exclusive trailer premiere for Samuel Goldwyn Films’ latest.
In Triggered, “Nine friends, all harboring a dark secret, go camping in the woods. After a wild night of partying, they wake up with suicide bombs strapped to their chests, all with varying times on their countdown clocks. They decide to work out how to disarm the bombs or find help – until they discover they can ‘take’ one another’s time by killing each other.”
The film stars Reine Swart (The Refuge), Liesl Ahlers (Daylight), Russel Crous (Escape Room), Steven John Ward (House on Willow Street), Cameron Scott, Paige Bonnin, Kayla Privett (Sniper Reloaded), Suraya Rose Santos (“Professionals”), Michael Lawrence Potter, Sean Cameron Michael (TV’s “Shooter”), and Craig Urbani (The Construct).
The trailer calls back to Battle Royale with a new spin: the “participants” can add more time to their countdown clock by killing others around them.
