New GVMERS Doc Looks at ‘Alan Wake’ Series And Its History

You might have noticed that in the wake (sorry) of the success of Control, Remedy constantly gets asked the same question: Where’s Alan Wake? While we sort of got an answer in Control‘s last DLC, the question still remains as to when we’ll see a new entry in the Alan Wake series.

In the meantime, GVMERS are back at it again with another of their documentaries, this time looking at the cult classic that is Alan Wake and its difficult journey thus far. Of course, it doesn’t answer the question of where the series will end up next (we’re still waiting on that TV adaptation, after all), but at least it attempts to show the dedication that Remedy put into the series, and the fact that even a decade later, fans haven’t forgotten about it.

And if you’re still wondering what all the fuss is about, you can snag the entire franchise right now for 75% off on Steam’s Autumn Sale.
