Second Dev Diary For ‘Mundaun’ Explores Real-World Inspiration

Developer Hidden Fields are back with another behind-the-scenes video for their upcoming hand-penciled horror tale, Mundaun. The episode, entitled “Chapel”, highlights the various architectural inspirations which have been recreated in the game.

In the episode, Hidden Fields founder and developer Michel Ziegler takes a trip to the real-life chapel which inspired one of the first locations he modeled for the game. “I didn’t really have an idea of the whole thing yet. And that kind of went from there, without having the whole thing planned out from the beginning.”

Mundaun is set for release on March 16 for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and the Nintendo Switch.
