Letterboxd, for example, kicks off each new year by spotlighting the previous year’s top hits, and their full 2020 Year in Review is now live.

As always, films are broken up into various different categories based on highest user ratings, with the 10 highest rated horror movies of 2020 including the following films:

  1. Saint Maud
  2. Possessor
  3. The Invisible Man
  4. Spontaneous
  5. Deerskin
  6. His House
  7. Anything for Jackson

  10. Impetigore

The 10 highest-rated sci-fi movies of 2020 includes a handful of these same titles, including Possessor and The Invisible Man, along with Love and Monsters and The Vast of Night.
