Bob Odenkirk Makes Lasagna and Kills Bad Guys in Super Bowl Spot for ‘Hardcore Henry’ Director’s ‘Nobody’

They stole her kitty cat bracelet. And you don’t do that.

Bob Odenkirk (Better Call Saul) as an ass-kicking vigilante? That’s what you’re getting in Nobody, the new action-thriller from director Ilya Naishuller (Hardcore Henry).

Nobody will release in theaters on April 2nd, 2021, and we’ve got a brand new 30-second look at the film out of the Super Bowl tonight. You’ll find it down below!

Emmy winner Bob Odenkirk stars as Hutch Mansell, an underestimated and overlooked dad and husband, taking life’s indignities on the chin and never pushing back. A nobody.

When two thieves break into his suburban home one night, Hutch declines to defend himself or his family, hoping to prevent serious violence. His teenage son, Blake (Gage Munroe), is disappointed in him and his wife, Becca (Connie Nielsen), seems to pull only further away.

The aftermath of the incident strikes a match to Hutch’s long-simmering rage, triggering dormant instincts and propelling him on a brutal path that will surface dark secrets and lethal skills. In a barrage of fists, gunfire and squealing tires, Hutch must save his family from a dangerous adversary (Alexey Serebryakov)—and ensure that he will never be underestimated as a nobody again.

Christopher Lloyd, RZA and Paisley Cadorath also star.

Derek Kolstad (writer of the John Wick movies) wrote the script, and Kelly McCormick & David Leitch (Deadpool 2, Atomic Blonde, Hobbs & Shaw) produced Nobody.
