Celebrate George Romero’s Birthday With Romero Movies All Day February 4th on Bloody Disgusting TV!

The late George A. Romero, a man who forever changed the face of both the horror genre and independent cinema as a whole, was born on February 4, 1940, and tomorrow we’re celebrating Romero’s birthday with an all-day marathon of classic Romero-directed horror movies on Bloody Disgusting TV, our *free* streaming channel that plays horror movies 24/7.

The George Romero Birthday Bash begins at 4:15pm PST on Thursday, February 4, including Night of the Living Dead (1968), The Crazies (1973) and Day of the Dead (1985).

It’s impossible to imagine what the horror genre would even look like today without George Romero’s contributions to it – for starters, literally every single thing involving zombies that you’ve ever watched, played or read owes a direct debt of gratitude to Night of the Living Dead – so the least we can do is spend his birthday celebrating that enduring legacy. Join us!
