Celebrating Ash Wednesday today in their own way, NECA has taken to social media to tease a preview of an upcoming Ash Williams figure, based on Sam Raimi’s The Evil Dead.
The Evil Dead turns 40 years old here in 2021, and it looks like the figure will come with a slew of accessories including an axe, shotgun, chainsaw, lantern and tape recorder.
There’s no tease of the actual figure itself at this time, but this is a big deal considering previous Ash figures from NECA were always based on Evil Dead II or “Ash vs. Evil Dead.”
