Kane Hodder and Bill Moseley Reuniting for Horror Movie ‘Tabbott’s Traveling Carnivale of Terrors’ [Trailer]

Horror icons Bill Moseley and Kane Hodder, who starred alongside one another in films including Old 37 and Charlie’s Farm, are coming back together for Tabbott’s Traveling Carnivale of Terrors, a new horror movie being directed by Thomas S. Nicol.

The project, written by Alexis Elizabeth Lynch and Thomas S. Nicol, is being billed as “a spine-chillingly gripping film about misfortune at a traveling carnival,” and it’s funding on Kickstarter.

Nicol explains, “We have completed our pre-production phase and are ready to move on to the filming and production. Our production team and actors are ready, prepared, and excited for this next step, and we are looking forward to making and being a part of the best horror film we can make. This crowd-funding endeavor will be raising money to cover our current pre-production expenses, as well as give us the ability to allocate the funds through the proper channels to take the next step in our journey and begin building sets, and filming.”

So what is the movie about, you ask? Here’s the plot breakdown…

“Tabbott’s Traveling Carnivale of Terrors has been in business since 1925, first in the old country, and now in America. Business is booming for the Tabbott family: Uncle Victor, his brother Everette, his fat witch wife Gladys, and their four children: Buck, Bobbie, Elijah, and young adopted Emma. What could be more wonderful than going to the Carnival on Halloween? Festive costumes, games of skill, delicious food, heckling carnies, the sounds of laughter and music…and screams? The Carnival’s main attraction is the world famous House of Horrors where abducted people from previous towns are tortured and slaughtered in front of an unaware audience of new carnival guests.”

The team is looking to raise just under $50,000 from the Kickstarter campaign, which has 20 days left to go at the time of writing this. Check it out and find an early pitch trailer below.

The Top 10 Streaming Scary Movies of Today (According to Netflix)

Given that Netflix really is the master of their own data, how many times a viewer streams The Ridiculous 6, or what films don't get watched all the way straight through, or how many times someone watches an episode of Bill Nye Saves the World, it was easy for them to come up with the list based on just one percentage: 70 percent.
