‘Fear Street Part 2: 1978’ Clip Accuses “Stranger Things” Star Sadie Sink of Being a Witch [Video]

It’s Fear Street season with Netflix already releasing the sequel this coming Friday.

Earlier this week Netflix dropped the trailer and now we have a second clip from Fear Street Part 2: 1978 in which “Stranger Things” breakout star Sadie Sink‘s “Ziggy” is assaulted by a group of campers and accused of being possessed by the witch, Sarah Fier. She’s tied up under the same tree where Sarah was executed with one of the teenagers offering up a pretty serious threat: witches are supposed to be burned alive.

Fear Street Part 1: 1994, in which Meagan wrote, “carves up a solid ode to ‘90s slashers,” was released globally this past holiday weekend on the streaming service. In Fear Street Part 2: 1978, “Shadyside, 1978. School’s out for summer and the activities at Camp Nightwing are about to begin. But when another Shadysider is possessed with the urge to kill, the fun in the sun becomes a gruesome fight for survival.”

Fear Street Part 2: 1978 premieres this Friday, July 9, while Fear Street Part 3: 1666 finishes out the trilogy on July 16. All three films are directed by Leigh Janiak (Honeymoon) and inspired by R.L. Stine‘s Fear Street books.
