‘Stranger Things’ DLC to be Removed From ‘Dead by Daylight’ in November; Blowout Sale Begins August 18

With the impending arrival of a new license for Dead by Daylight, Behaviour Interactive has unfortunately announced that we’ll be saying goodbye to another. The developers have announced that the Stranger Things crossover DLC will be leaving on November 17, 2021.

In response, Behaviour Interactive is having a blowout sale on the DLC, which includes characters and cosmetics. If you’ve already purchased any Stranger Things content, it’s still very much yours to keep and use for as long as you continue to play Dead by Daylight. That being said, the Hawkins National Laboratory Map will no longer be accessible to players after November 17th.

As for the sale, all characters – Nancy, Steve and The Demogorgon – will be marked down to 50% on August 18, and remain that way until September 8th (11AM EDT). This also includes all of the outfits. If you haven’t purchased the Stranger Things DLC at all, you can also snag it for 60% off on PC and consoles from those same dates.

The devs also mention to keep an eye on their social channels between now and Nov. 17 “for more special activations.”
