As part of this year’s “Netflix and Chills” event, Bloody has a first look at Fever Dream (Distancia de Rescate), based on the internationally critically acclaimed novel by Samanta Schweblin.
In the film directed by Claudia Llosa, “A young woman lies dying far from home. A boy sits beside her. She is not his mother. He is not her child. Together, they tell a haunting story of broken souls, an invisible threat, and the power and desperation of family.”
Set for release on October 13, Fever Dream stars María Valverde and Dolores Fonzi.
Claudia Llosa and Samanta Schweblin wrote the script.
