Kevin Smith’s “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” Returns to Netflix in November [Poster]

Netflix has announced today that Kevin Smith‘s animated series “Masters of the Universe: Revelation,” which premiered in July, returns for its epic conclusion this coming November.

Part 2 is officially premiering on Netflix November 23, 2021.

The brand new animated series from Kevin Smith, Netflix, and Mattel Television serves as a direct continuation to the classic “Masters of the Universe” animated series from the 1980s.

The war for Eternia culminates in “Masters of the Universe: Revelation,” an innovative and action-packed animated series that picks up where the iconic characters left off decades ago. After a cataclysmic battle between He-Man and Skeletor, Eternia is fractured and the Guardians of Grayskull are scattered. And after decades of secrets tore them apart, it’s up to Teela to reunite the broken band of heroes, and solve the mystery of the missing Sword of Power in a race against time to restore Eternia and prevent the end of the universe.

Skeletor (Mark Hamill) is now the master of the universe. And He-Man is… dead?

“With Skeletor now wielding the Sword of Power, the weary heroes of Eternia must band together to fight back against the forces of evil in a thrilling and epic conclusion to the series.”

Kevin Smith is the showrunner/executive producer for “Masters of the Universe: Revelation,” with writers including Marc Bernardin (Castle Rock, Alphas), Eric Carrasco (Supergirl), Diya Mishra (Magic the Gathering), and Tim Sheridan (Reign of the Supermen). The 30-minute episodes were animated by Powerhouse Animation, with Bear McCreary composing.
