Ready for Freddy? SYFY Celebrating Halloween Eve With All-Day ‘Nightmare on Elm Street’ Marathon!

This is sadly the final week of SYFY‘s Halloween celebration, but the channel is ending things on a high note with an all-day marathon of Freddy Krueger’s best hits on Halloween Eve!

Freddy takes over SYFY on Saturday, October 30th, beginning with the 2010 remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street at 8am EST. Don’t worry, it gets better from there.

And yes, of course the franchise is airing backwards. Because SYFY.

Here’s the full schedule for Halloween Eve…

  • 8am EST – A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010)
  • 10am EST – Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare
  • 12pm EST – A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Dream Child
  • 2pm EST – A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Dream Master
  • 4pm EST – A Nightmare on Elm Street: Dream Warriors
  • 6pm EST – A Nightmare on Elm Street: Freddy’s Revenge
  • 8pm EST – A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984)
  • 10pm EST – A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010)
  • 12am EST – A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984)
  • 2am EST – A Nightmare on Elm Street: Freddy’s Revenge
  • 4am EST – A Nightmare on Elm Street: Dream Warriors

As for Halloween day, Sunday, October 31st, SYFY will be airing the Harry Potter movies all day long. Hey, they do get a bit dark from time to time, so we won’t complain too much.
