The breakout new character from the Disney+ series “WandaVision,” Kathryn Hahn stole the show as the bewitching villain Agatha Harkness, and she’s now getting her own series!
Variety reports today that Disney+ is developing an Agatha Harkness spinoff solo series, with Hahn set to reprise the role that made her such a beloved new member of the MCU.
The site’s report notes that the series is being described as a “dark comedy.”
Jac Schaeffer (“WandaVision”) is on board the potential series as writer/exec producer.
Plot details for the spinoff project are under wraps at the moment, so it’s unclear if the series would pick up following the events of “WandaVision.” In the finale’s big final battle, Wanda of course defeated Agatha Harkness, trapping her in the town of Westview.
