I don’t know why we’re avoiding spoilers at this point, but the first season of “Chucky” ended with the return of one of horror’s most beloved characters – the iconic Tiffany doll!
At the end of Seed of Chucky, Tiffany transferred her soul into the body of Jennifer Tilly, a clever twist being that the voice of the doll was performed by the actress. After a handful of sequels and a full-blown Syfy series, Tiffany’s soul has somehow returned to the doll from which it came (I suppose she split it into pieces as did Chucky.)
In the final moments of “An Affair to Dismember”, Child’s Play 1-3‘s Andy Barclay (Alex Vincent) attempts to highjack a truck that’s filled with Good Guy Dolls, all possessed with the soul of serial killer Charles Lee Ray (Brad Dourif). Tiffany pops out with a gun in hand, taking control of the situation and also promising viewers an even more eventful second season jam-packed with legacy characters. Tiffany, however, is as iconic as they come, albeit the practically guaranteed return of Glen/da is more than welcomed.
