‘Monster High’ – The Next Limited Edition “Skullector” Doll Brings DRACULA into the Line

Bloody Disgusting has learned today that on June 3, Mattel Creations, Mattel’s e-commerce and content platform for creators, collaborations, and innovators, will be releasing the newest Monster High Skullector Doll, Dracula, inspired by Universal’s Classic Monsters.

Mattel’s Monster High dolls typically depict the daughters of classic monsters, but this is the first time one of the actual Universal Monsters is being represented in the popular line. It’s the latest in the limited edition “Skullector” line, following Beetlejuice and Lydia, Pennywisefrom IT Chapter Two, the Grady Twins from The Shining, and Greta Gremlin from Gremlins.

In collaboration with Universal Pictures, Mattel Creations designers paid homage to the original vampire with the signature red-lined black cape, medallion, and black tuxedo—but then ghoulishly added long, silky black hair and fang-tastic details.

Dracula will launch on Mattel Creations at 9AM PST on June 3 and will be selling for $65. It’s expected to sell out scary fast, so make sure you’re on top of things this coming Friday.
