Brujah Revealed as First Clan Choice for ‘Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2’ [Trailer]

Paradox Interactive and The Chinese Room continue to reveal more about Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 after its rebooted development, announcing that the Brujah will be one of the four playable vampiric clans players can choose from for player character Phyre. Along with the reveal, Paradox has also given a sampling of the Disciplines available to the player should they go the route of the Brujah.

The Brujah are described as the clan of radicals who are commonly misjudged as punks looking for trouble. The Brujah are guided by passion and dedication to an ideal. Rebellion unites their blood, whether that rebellion is of the subtle lend me your ears kind or the fists out, fire in the streets sack of Rome kind is down to the individual.

n Bloodlines 2, the Brujah feature a brutal melee style to compliment their Disciplines, aka their signature vampiric abilities. Once such Discipline is the Brujah’s charge to gain momentum, grab an enemy, drag them, and body slam them into walls. The complete list of Disciplines for the Brujah will be available in early 2024.

Bloodlines 2 has players taking on the role of Phyre, an Elder vampire at odds with the voice in her head, who confronts Seattle’s powerful elites at war over the City’s fate. Along with choosing Phyre’s gender, players are able to choose their clan, each with their own background and unique Disciplines. Choices and conversations shape how the environment and characters react to Phyre, changing how the story unfolds.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is currently in development for PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series for a Fall 2024 release.
