‘Troll 2’ Teaser – A New Legend Awakens in Sequel to Netflix’s Monster Hit

Netflix has awakened the teaser trailer for the sequel to the 2022 Norwegian monster movie Troll.

The stakes are higher and the danger deadlier when Troll 2 premieres on December 1.

Original director Roar Uthaug (Tomb Raider, The Wave), writer Espen Aukan, and producers Espen Horn and Kristian Strand Sinkerud of Motion Blur are back at the helm.

Ine Marie Wilmann, Kim Falck, and Mads Sjøgård Pettersen return to star, joined by fierce newcomer Sara Khorami to to confront a terrifying new troll.

When a dangerous new troll is awakened, unleashing devastation across Norway, beloved adventurers Nora, Andreas and Captain Kris are thrust into their most perilous mission yet. To stop the creature’s ruthless rampage, they must enlist new allies and delve into the country’s ancient history, searching for answers.

As the clock ticks and the troll’s path of destruction grows wider, our heroes face impossible odds in their fight to save their homeland from falling into darkness.

Based on Norwegian folklore, Troll remains Netflix’s most-watched non-English film of all time with a record-breaking 103 million views.
