Netflix has added a miniseries about a serial killer to its Spanish slate, Deadline reports.
Lobo is based on the real-life case of Manuel Blanco Romasanta, a traveling tailor who became Spain’s first documented serial killer in rural 19th-century Galicia. During his trial, he claimed to be a werewolf.
The series stars Luis Tosar in the lead role and also features Tristán Ulloa.
The miniseries is written by Alberto Marini and Juan Galiñanes, directed by Alberto Marini and Javier Rodríguez Delgado, and produced by Vaca Films.
