Stephen King Shuts His Twitter Account Down After Predicting Donald Trump Presidency

Stories like this don't just come out of nowhere. It's almost existential. Paranormal. Perhaps the man, the master of horror, saw a rupture in time and was able to foresee something through the words of his stories. Come to think of it: this actually sounds like one of his stories! Like when the horror novelist writes a story and it comes to life, miraculously. Shudder at the thought, yet it mesmerizes you. Stephen King does that to you, man!

Well, He Just Did It, and Now He's Pulling the Plug on Himself!

No, Stephen King. Don't do it. Stay in the light. Stay away from the shadows. Think about the children! Niume bloggers are begging you to go above and beyond the horror, sticking with it and not losing hope.... Don't lose hope. (SNIFF)

We get it, though. It's shocking when you predict something, much to your own horror. It's no secret that Stephen King has been completely against Donald Trump being President, so much so that he even posted to his 2.5MM followers the actual plot line of his "newest horror story" about Trump actually becoming President. It was a simple start:

"Once upon a time, there was a man named Donald Trump, and he ran for president. Some people wanted him to win."

loading...
Now that's a HORROR STORY, especially to some late-night talk show hosts and a certain crazy pop star. We understand completely. The fact that King practically predicted it against all odds (seriously, no one saw this coming), we can understand the master of horror practically shutting down his Twitter, at least for the time being.

Check out one of his last tweets. Savor it for as long as you can. We hope you come back soon, King. We hope. Maybe in four years.

The Top 10 Streaming Scary Movies of Today (According to Netflix)

Given that Netflix really is the master of their own data, how many times a viewer streams The Ridiculous 6, or what films don't get watched all the way straight through, or how many times someone watches an episode of Bill Nye Saves the World, it was easy for them to come up with the list based on just one percentage: 70 percent.
