I have to admit: when I saw THE CONJURING II, that nun did creep me out quite a bit. Then we heard James Wan and company were spinning her off into her own movie....

Well, Guess What: the Trailer for THE NUN Just Dropped

Saw it. Was impressed. What I'm specifically jazzed about is the fact that we're getting a lot of the modern horror tropes and scares we're so accustomed to with THE CONJURING and ANNABELLE, and other films like INSIDIOUS and SINISTER -- but with a period piece flair to it, something along the lines of gothic horror with an ambient mood element.
