‘Mortal Kombat 11’ Voice Actor Hints That Bruce Campbell Might Be Added After All?

Now before we go any further on this one, keep in mind that this is still in rumour territory. That being said, if it’s true, then Mortal Kombat 11 just got everyone’s attention again.

During a live Instagram question and answer session on August 31 with Richard Epcar, the voice actor for both Raiden and the Joker, Epcar let slip that Bruce “don’t call me Ash” Campbell is coming to the game after all. This is of course after Bruce put the initial kibosh on the rumour last year after fans had datamined the game and found evidence that Ash would be part of the roster.

“Oh, that’s right. Bruce Campbell will be in Mortal Kombat. That’s right,” says Epcar in response to a fan question about the potential of Campbell’s inclusion. “He’s going to be a part of the new package.” The “new package” Epcar is referring to is another Kombat Pack installment. This seems contrary to the Aftermath expansion that was recently added to the game as a “finality” for additional MK11 content.

Then again, series co-creator Ed Boon had hinted before in past interviews that more characters would be coming, but that was before the release of Aftermath. Regardless, keep this one in the “Maybe” column.

Here’s the clip from Twitter user Masterofcold, in case you were wondering.
