Ebb Software’s Scorn has been a long time coming. We last heard about it almost a half year ago. But now, the developer says the wait is almost over, as the game will launch in 2021 for the Xbox Series and PC via Steam. Not only that, but Ebb Software has released a 14-minute gameplay trailer (you read that right) for the game.
Set in a nightmarish universe of odd forms and somber tapestry, Scorn is a first-person atmospheric game that takes inspiration from the works of H.R. Giger. It is designed around the idea of “being thrown into the world”. Isolated and lost inside this dream-like world, you will explore different interconnected regions in a non-linear fashionm with every location containing its own theme (story), puzzles and characters that are integral in creating a cohesive world.
