The Apple TV+ series “Servant” from producer M. Night Shyamalan will kick off the New Year when it returns for a second season on January 15, 2021.
Shyamalan produced the psychological thriller series and directed select episodes including the pilot.
“Servant” follows a Philadelphia couple in mourning after an unspeakable tragedy creates a rift in their marriage and opens the door for a mysterious force to enter their home.
The second season of the thriller is said to take a supernatural turn, says Deadline. As Leanne returns to the brownstone and her true nature is revealed, a darker future for all lies ahead.

The ten-episode series will premiere with the first episode, followed by new episodes weekly every Friday.
The series was created by Tony Basgallop.
