In the wake of the film’s rocky overseas release this past weekend, we’ve learned today that Paul W.S. Anderson‘s Monster Hunter has received a new date here in the United States.
Formerly set for release on December 25, it will now be hitting theaters on December 18.

The movie is, of course, an adaptation of Capcom’s video game series.
