From Image Comics and “The Walking Dead” creator Robert Kirkman comes Amazon Prime’s animated series “Invincible,” which adapts Kirkman’s violent superhero comic books.
“Invincible” is an adult animated superhero series that revolves around 17-year-old Mark Grayson (Steven Yeun), who’s just like every other guy his age — except his father is the most powerful superhero on the planet, Omni-Man (J.K. Simmons). But as Mark develops powers of his own, he discovers his father’s legacy may not be as heroic as it seems.
“Invincible” will premiere on March 26, with the first three episodes dropping at once and new ones available every Friday beyond that. Check out a bloody new trailer below!
Each episode will run 30-minutes long.
The show’s voice cast also includes Sandra Oh, Seth Rogen, Gillian Jacobs, Andrew Rannells, Zazie Beetz, Mark Hamill, Walton Goggins, Jason Mantzoukas, Mae Whitman, Chris Diamantopoulos, Melise, Kevin Michael Richardson, Grey Griffin and Max Burkholder.
