‘Dead by Daylight’ Celebrating Lunar New Year With New Cosmetics And Themed Maps

On top of the recent update and release of Tome VI, Behaviour Interactive have announced a little something today to celebrate the Lunar New Year with Dead by Daylight. Available today, the Gilded Stampede Collection contains new cosmetics and Lunar Year themed content, including two new skins available in the in-game store for The Wraith and The Deathslinger.

In addition, the Dead By Daylight Lunar New Year 2021 update will also bring some changes to the surroundings of the maps as well. Instead of fog, the maps will be filled by firecrackers and colorful lanterns in celebration of Year of the Ox. The game will also feature a new Lobby, the return of the Chinese Firecracker item, and Red Envelope offering for a limited time.

If you follow Behaviour Interactive or the game’s official Twitter account, keep an eye out for Promo Codes as they will allow you to unlock one of the special items below:

  • Lunar Ox (Universal Charm)
  • Gilded Locks (Head) – Zarina Kassir
  • Scarlet Edge (Weapon) – The Spirit
  • Shimmering Ox (Torso) – Adam Francis

Lastly, until February 18, the in-game store will have discounted cosmetics for you to purchase.

Dead by Daylight is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
