The cast for Rian Johnson‘s first sequel to Knives Out continues to grow, with THR reporting today that Janelle Monáe (Antebellum) is in talks to star in the new murder-mystery.
Previously announced, Daniel Craig will be reprising the role of Benoit Blanc, with the cast for the sequel thus far also including Dave Bautista and Edward Norton.
Netflix is on board for not one but two upcoming sequels to Knives Out.
Rian Johnson had noted back in 2020 that he was developing a sequel that would center on Daniel Craig‘s detective character investigating a new case, which is likely still the plan.
