Fear Factory Share ‘Mad Max’-Inspired Track “Fuel Injected Suicide Machine” [Video]

After a brutal legal battle, Fear Factory is finally set to release their first album in five years, Aggression Continuum, which will arrive June 18th via Nuclear Blast just in time for the band’s 30th anniversary. Aggression Continuum is also the final to feature Burton C. Bell, who announced his exit last September. The band is currently on the hunt for a new singer.

Following “Disruptor”, the dystopian first single off Aggression Continuum, the band now offers up a visualizer for their new track, the Mad Max-inspired “Fuel Injected Suicide Machine”.

“I can’t wait for everyone to hear this high octane ripping song, it’s based on a character called the Nightrider from one of my all-time favorite movies, Mad Max,” says guitarist and founding member Dino Cazares.

“Born with a steering wheel in his hand and lead in his foot, he is the Nightrider, the Fuel Injected Suicide Machine. Remember him when you look at the night sky.”

“This record is one of my proudest achievements and I’m really excited for it to finally be released,” said Dino Cazares in a statement. “There were a lot of personal struggles, sacrifices, and legal issues involved with this record which almost didn’t see the light of day, but through passion determination, lots of hard work and not giving up the fight, it’s finally ready for the world to hear. I felt that I needed to prove myself once again as I always try and make each record better than the last. Listen, and understand! This album is pissed! It can’t be bargained with. It can’t be reasoned with. It doesn’t feel pity, or remorse, or fear and it absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are hooked. You must fight to survive in the Aggression Continuum.”

The Top 10 Streaming Scary Movies of Today (According to Netflix)

Given that Netflix really is the master of their own data, how many times a viewer streams The Ridiculous 6, or what films don't get watched all the way straight through, or how many times someone watches an episode of Bill Nye Saves the World, it was easy for them to come up with the list based on just one percentage: 70 percent.
