John Rambo has moved on from the T-800 and Robocop in Mortal Kombat 11, and is becoming war in Call of Duty. And he’s bringing Die Hard‘s John McClane with him.
As part of Season 3’s ’80s Action Heroes event, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone will be getting First Blood-era John Rambo when the event begins on May 20th. And while not explicitly stated, Die Hard‘s John McClane will be joining the event (though whether we’ll be getting Bruce Willis’ likeness remains to be seen).
The ’80s Action Heroes event kicks off with limited-time bundles and game modes, in addition to the weapons, maps, and other features already expected during this season. This content will be live on May 19 at 9 PM PT, following updates to Black Ops Cold War on May 18 at 9 PM PT and Warzone on May 19 at 9 PM PT.
John McClane and Rambo to appear in the Store, as well as the limited-time Multiplayer Mode Guns Blazing. You can find out more about the event from the official Call of Duty website.
