[E3 2021] Pixel-Based Soulslike ‘Eldest Souls’ Launches July 29

Developer Fallen Flag Studio has locked in a July 29 release date for their pixel-based soulslike Eldest Souls, which was shown off last night at the Future Games Show. The title will be heading to the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.

First announced back in February, Eldest Souls tells the tale of the Old Gods, who have been imprisoned in a citadel, while humanity is at peace. However, the Old Gods don’t take too kindly to this, and have unleashed a great Desolation upon the world, resulting in famine and death. The Great Crusade was created as a result, but all who tried to slay the Imprisoned Gods failed. Now it’s your turn.
