Adrienne King is Back as Alice Hardy in ‘Friday the 13th’ Fan Film ‘Jason Rising’; Watch Now!

“I never thought I’d have to do that again.”

While we wait for Lar Park-Lincoln’s return as New Blood character Tina Shepard in Rose Blood, another Friday the 13th film featuring one of the franchise’s heroines is now available.

Directed by James Sweet, fan film Jason Rising can be watched in full below, a nearly hour-long movie written by James Sweet and Never Hike Alone filmmaker Vincente DiSanti.

Of particular note, original Friday the 13th actress Adrienne King stars in the fan film as Alice Hardy, presumed to be killed off by Jason in Friday the 13th: Part II. But in Sweet’s version of events, at least, Alice is still very much alive. And she’s taking the fight to the Voorhees family.

Jason Rising centers on “Wessex County Police Officer Pete Daltry (Kyle Vahan) and his Deputy Eve Glover (Anna Campbell), along with U.S. Marshals Jed (Jason Reynolds) and Bear (Jerry Bell Jr.), hot on the trail of three escapees (Lisa Sorenson, Jennie Vaughn, Elizabeth Garrett) from the Wessex County Corrections Farm.

“Soon after realizing their chase has led them onto the cursed grounds of Camp Crystal Lake, Daltry quickly discovers that they are the ones being hunted by the undead mass murderers Jason Voorhees (Dan Kyle) and his deranged mother Pamela (Alyxandria McCormack).”

Who can stop the undead Pamela Voorhees? Someone with a personal vendetta…
