It’s looking like October is going to be a pretty big month for the Scream franchise, as the original classic comes to 4K Ultra HD and the trailer for the new movie may even be on its way.
While you wait, Ghostface is taking over AMC FearFest‘s programming today, with the first three Scream movies, of course directed by Wes Craven, playing on AMC today!
Here’s the full schedule for today…
- 9am EST – The Hills Have Eyes (2006)
- 11:30am – Scream 3
- 2pm – The Last House on the Left (2009)
- 4:30pm – House of Wax (2005)
- 7pm – Scream
- 9:30pm – Scream 2
It’s a very Wes Craven-heavy day on AMC FearFest, as both The Hills Have Eyes and The Last House on the Left are of course modern (and very effective) remakes of Craven classics.
As for House of Wax, well, it’s the only film playing today that has nothing whatsoever to do with Wes Craven, but it’s one remake that we’re all big fans of here on Bloody Disgusting!
