Indie Survival Horror Title ‘Post Trauma’ Debuting Demo on Steam This Week

Because we could all use more Survival Horror in our lives, developer RobertoSerraG recently released the demo for their in-development horror title, Post Trauma, to their itch.io page. The demo will be making its way to the game’s Steam page later this week.

Taking inspiration from classic horror titles such as Resident Evil and Silent Hill, Post Trauma featuring those classic fixed-camera angles, but with some spiffy modern graphics. The story puts you in the shoes of Roman, a 57-year-old man who wakes up in a hostile place, and must find a way back home to his family.

As you might expect, there are otherworldly monsters out to get Roman, so you’ll either have to fight or avoid them in classic Survival Horror fashion. Though keep in mind that not every monster you encounter will be hostile. And hey, since the game is going down that route already, you’ll also have to solve puzzles and riddles in order to progress to your next destination.

The fine folks at Residence of Evil recently did a preview of the game, so if you’re curious to see the demo in action, check out the video below. No release date has been announced for Post Trauma as of yet.
