Stephen King Is All Over John Carpenter’s ’In the Mouth of Madness’ [The Losers’ Club Podcast]

“You can forget about Stephen King. Cane outsells them all.”

Is horror writer Sutter Cane a harmless pop phenomenon or is he a deadly mad prophet of the printed page? The Losers will find out on today’s episode which sees them heading to the remote (and seemingly fictional) town of Hobb’s End. It’s here they each rent out a room at Mrs. Pickman’s hotel and re-assemble at the local pub to discuss.

Grab a pint and join Losers Michael Roffman, Dan Caffrey, Ayisha Gatson, and Mel Kassel as they revisit John Carpenter‘s 1994 meta horror gem In the Mouth of Madness. Together, they do various Sam Neill impersonations, wrestle with Lovecraft, debate the film’s second act, and search for Stephen King in the land of Sutter Kane.

Stream the episode below and return next week when the Losers throw on some shades, put the top down, and head out to Hollywood King to catch up on all those King-related headlines.
