New Overview Trailer for ‘Luna Abyss’ Showcases the Game’s Environments [Video]

Developer Bonsai Collective has released a new trailer for their in-development Cosmic Horror shooter Luna Abyss. Debuting just ahead of its GDC appearance later this week, the new Luna Abyss trailer provides a better look at the game’s environments, demonstrating many of the game’s locations in full detail for the first time.

Described as a “narrative-driven, first-person action-adventure game”, Luna Abyss puts you as a prisoner sentenced to explore a derelict megastructure that sprawls deep beneath the surface of the mimic moon Luna. Tasked with recovering technology from within the megastructure and what happened to the colony, you’ll be monitored on your mission by the artificial prison guard know as Aylin. However, you soon find out that Aylin isn’t the only one watching you.

“With every trailer we put out, it’s exciting to reveal just a little bit more of what we have in store,” says Benni Hill, Creative Director at Bonsai Collective. “The whole team gets a buzz from seeing the reaction of gamers across the internet, which makes putting the pieces together of this narrative-driven bullet-hell FPS even more rewarding.”

For those who are attending GDC this year, you can catch a glimpse of Luna Abyss in action on the Epic Games stand this Wednesday 22nd to Friday 24th. Luna Abyss is currently in development for PC via Steam, alongside PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
