Breaking: Sony is now looking to YouTube filmmakers for some of their future projects and has announced at CinemaCon that they’ve tapped Jacksepticeye to develop an R-rated animated Bloodborne movie!
Bloodborne is an action role-playing game developed by FromSoftware and published by Sony Computer Entertainment.
Released in 2015 for the PlayStation 4, the game is set in the gothic city of Yharnam, where players assume the role of a Hunter tasked with confronting monstrous beings and uncovering the source of a mysterious plague.
Following its release, Bloodborne received an expansion, The Old Hunters, later in 2015, and has remained a standalone title without a direct sequel, though its design has influenced subsequent games in the genre.
Jacksepticeye is an Irish content creator and gaming personality who rose to prominence on YouTube for his energetic playthroughs, commentary, and large-scale charity livestreams.
