‘What Happens Next Will Scare You’: Stream the New Film from the Makers of ‘WNUF Halloween Special’!

Your next click might be your last…

From Writer/Director/Producer Chris LaMartina and Writer/Producer Jimmy George, the duo behind WNUF Halloween Special and Call Girl of Cthulhu, comes the brand new horror anthology What Happens Next Will Scare You, which began streaming *today* (October 21st) as part of the virtual Nightmares Film Festival: Masquerade!

Described as a “clickbait horror satire,” the film has the following synopsis:

“Staying late in their office, a motley crew of click-bait writers are watching the top thirteen scariest viral videos in preparation for a Halloween listicle, but when an early entry curses whoever watches the cryptic link, our snarky hipsters must distinguish fact from fiction before a tidal wave of terrifying supernatural activity leads to real-life murders.”

Nominated for “Best Horror Comedy” and “Best Writing” at the festival, What Happens Next Will Scare You is the seventh feature film from Midnight Crew Studios.

What Happens Next Will Scare You will be available to stream Oct 21st – Oct 25th, and tickets can be purchased for $15. Head over to Eventive to unlock the stream right now!

Nightmare Film Festival: Masquerade is a five-day digital showcase that begins Oct 21st and ends Oct 25th. Experience 150 of the best genre films in the world, available on demand, and 18 extraordinary live experiences — all for one price and from the comfort of home.
