Grab 2D Action Platformer ‘Butcher’ For Free During GOG.com Sale

GOG.com has graced us with another sale, this time focusing on Polish developers (and games like This War of Mine, Metamorphosis, Carrion, The Witcher 3 and more). As an added bonus, Transhuman Design and Crunching Koalas are making their game, Butcher, absolutely free for the next 48 hours.

If you’re not familiar with Butcher, the 2D sidescroller is a pixel-based loveletter to late 90s action games. As a cyborg programmed to eradicate the last remains of humanity, your sole purpose is to turn everything that moves into red paste. You can get creative with your killing spree, sending your enemies into a variety of environmental hazards such as saws, hooks, lava pits, animals and more.

Butcher is also available on Steam, PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch.
