Another adaptation of Mary Shelley’s iconic classic “Frankenstein” is headed to the small screen, with Stone Village Television adapting the novel as a “premium television series.”
Deadline reports that Stone Village is partnering with international producer BlackBox Multimedia on the series, being written by Bradley McManus (Bodyguard of Lies).
The series, which will be set in Europe, “focuses on the behaviors and obsessions of a scientist exploring the fine thread between life and death — all set against the context of a year in which dependence on scientific breakthroughs has been paramount.”
Stone Village was behind the series “Empire Falls.”
