The Third Season of Stephen King Series “Mr. Mercedes” Coming to Peacock in March

Joining the first two seasons, we’ve learned today that the third season of the Stephen King-based series “Mr. Mercedes” is now coming to the Peacock streaming service next month.

All 10 episodes of Season 3 arrive on Peacock on March 4, 2021.

Stephen King tweeted today, “Good news for those of you who have read and enjoyed the Bill Hodges trilogy, starting with Mr. Mercedes. Peacock is going to drop the 3rd season–the best one, I think–on March 4th. It’s based on Finders Keepers. Watch for Bruce Dern! He’s great!”

In Season 3, “When beloved local author John Rothstein is found murdered, Hodges, Holly, and Jerome, along with local police, must track down his killer. But this case is more complex than the cold-blooded killing of an American icon. Unpublished novels of Rothstein’s were stolen from his home, and they are worth millions. As the case unfolds, the trio learns that although Brady Hartsfield may be gone, his depravity lives on in the lives of his victims.”

Brendan Gleeson, Justine Lupe, Jharrel Jerome, Breeda Wool, Holland Taylor, Kate Mulgrew, Gabriel Ebert, Maximiliano Hernández, Rarmian Newton, Josh Daugherty, Claire Bronson, Brett Gelman, Bruce Dern, Glynn Turman, Natalie Paul, Patch Darragh, and Meg Steedle star.

David E. Kelley wrote and executive produced season three with Stephen King, along with executive producer Jonathan Shapiro. Jack Bender serves as director and executive producer.

Seasons one and two are now streaming on Peacock.
