Funko Celebrates the 40th Anniversary of ‘The Evil Dead’ With New 1981 Ash Vinyl Toys!

Funko has released a couple different toys of Bruce Campbell’s Ash Williams over the years, and up next they’re paying tribute to The Evil Dead, Sam Raimi’s original classic!

Shown off tonight as part of the ongoing “Funkoween” celebration, two different Ash figures from the original movie are on the way, a standard version and a bloody chase variant.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of The Evil Dead‘s release, and an action figure based on Ash’s appearance in the movie is also on the way from NECA later this year. For the most part, previous Ash toys were always based on the two sequels and “Ash vs. Evil Dead.”

You can pre-order the new Funko toy through Amazon today!
