Temptations Has Released “Tasty Human” Flavored Cat Treats for the Halloween Season [Video]

The Temptations brand is back at it this Halloween season with a set of commercials promoting their new cat treat flavor called “Tasty Human.” Yes. Tasty. Human.

The commercials aim to remind you that, based on a study conducted in 2014 by researchers at the University of Edinburgh, your cat probably wants to eat you. (Well okay, maybe not eat you, but the study does point out several similar personality traits between our beloved feline companions and their bigger, more ferocious counterparts, such as snow leopards and African lions.)

Temptations seeks to remedy this fear of being consumed by our furry friends by offering up an alternative food source to those wiggling meat sticks on your hands: a “human” flavored cat treat. And what does a human taste like exactly? According to Temptations, we taste like chicken, liver and beef.

If you’re not ready to give your cat a taste of what he or she is missing, Temptations offers an additional Halloween treat flavor, called “Creepy Catnip.”

So head over to temptationstreats.com to pick up a bag (or two), and “treat your cat to Temptations Tasty Human, before they treat themselves to you”.
