Hot on the heels of last month’s update (and not to mention the teasing of additional ghost types not long after that), Kinetic Games will be dropping a Halloween update for their hit game Phasmophobia later this morning at 11am ET. While the team has yet to reveal the exact details, judging from the teaser image, players will be able to take their ghosthunting endeavours into the woods.
In fact, clever fans who poked around the Phasmophobia Trello board discovered that the update is currently in testing, which Kinetic Games’ Corey Dixon nicely labelled as containing a new Nightmare difficulty setting, two new ghost types, difficulty tweaks, a new Campsite map (hence the teaser image below), and “much, much more…”.
We’ll just have to wait and see just what those extra goodies involve.
